Monthly giveaway official rules
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Grail Collective, its affiliates and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
3. Promotion period
Each monthly drawing opens at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to enter
Submit a valid email address on this site and confirm it via the link sent to you. Additional entries may be earned by completing the actions listed on the giveaway page, including referring other collectors and completing tasks in the Gleam entry widget. Entries are recorded automatically. Entries do not carry over between months unless expressly stated.
5. Alternative method of entry
To receive one (1) free entry without completing any promotional action, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address and the month of the drawing to the Sponsor's address on file. Limit one request per outer envelope per month. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the monthly close date.
6. Winner selection & odds
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners are notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within fourteen (14) days or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prizes
One (1) graded collectible trading card. Approximate retail value varies by month and is stated on the giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
8. Fraud & disqualification
Automated entries, duplicate or disposable email addresses, self-referrals and any attempt to manipulate entry counts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to remove fraudulent entries at its sole discretion.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the promotion and to send Grail updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell your personal information.
